Smoked Sausage Beans 'n Taters

Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Smoked Sausage Rope cut into 1-inch slices
- 4 12"x18" sheets heavy duty aluminum foil
- 3/4 lb. new potatoes washed and quartered
- 12 oz. ends removed
- 1 small sweet yellow onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Preparation
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Spray the topside of each foil sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine sausage, potatoes, green beans and onion in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, rosemary, garlic and pepper; toss to mix. Place one-fourth mixture in center of each foil sheet. Top with 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces.
- Bring up the sides of the foil. Double fold the top and ends to seal the packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.
- Place packets on grill and heat 15 to 20 minutes until sausage reaches 160°F. and potatoes are tender.
