Smoky Chile Con Queso

Ingredients
- 14 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 16 oz. pasteurized processed cheese spread cut into cubes
- 1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
Preparation
- Cook bacon in skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain.
- Combine bacon with remaining ingredients in microwave-safe bowl; cover.
- Microwave on High (100% power) for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until melted. Serve with tortilla chips and/or flour tortillas.
