Smoky Chile Con Queso

Ingredients

  • 14 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 16 oz. pasteurized processed cheese spread, cut into cubes
  • 1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain.
  2. Combine bacon with remaining ingredients in microwave-safe bowl; cover.
  3. Microwave on High (100% power) for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until melted. Serve with tortilla chips and/or flour tortillas.
