Southwestern Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 (1- lb.) pkg. Farmland® Deep Basted™ EXTRA TENDER™ Boneless Fresh Pork Cubes
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1/2 large green bell pepper(s) cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 large red bell pepper(s) cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 green onion(s) cut in half
Preparation
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high. Toss pork cubes with fajita seasoning.
- Thread pork cubes, alternating with pepper and onion pieces, onto metal skewers. If using wood skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before using.
- Grill approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is done.
