Southwestern Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 (1- lb.) pkg. Farmland® Nutrition WiseŽ Boneless Fresh Pork Cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 green onion(s), cut in half

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high. Toss pork cubes with fajita seasoning.
  2. Thread pork cubes, alternating with pepper and onion pieces, onto metal skewers. If using wood skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before using.
  3. Grill approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is done.

Serves 4
