Spicy Margarita Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb.) pkg. Farmland® EXTRA-TENDER® Boneless Center Cut Thick Pork Chops
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup tequila or orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chiles or jalapeno chiles
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in sealed food storage bag. Place bag in bowl and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
  2. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove chops from marinade and grill 7 to 9 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F.
