Spicy Southwestern Rub

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Serves: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup chili powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons oregano
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Rub over all surfaces of Farmland Ribs before cooking. (Makes enough rub for about 4 lbs. of ribs.
