Turkey Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg. frozen Oriental-style vegetables, OR 6 cups assorted fresh vegetables cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Cubed Turkey
  • 3/4 cup stir-fry teriyaki sauce
  • hot, cooked rice

Preparation

  1. In large skillet over high heat, stir-fry vegetables in hot oil until tender-crisp and moisture has evaporated.
  2. Add turkey cubes and teriyaki sauce; heat through.
  3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
