1 (1-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Original Pork Sausage Roll
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 (15-oz.) cans great northern beans, drained
2 (15-oz.) cans white corn, drained
2 (14.5-oz.) cans chicken broth
2 (10.75-oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (4-oz.) cans chopped green chiles
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Place sausage, onion and garlic in 5-quart Dutch oven or pan. Cook, stirring to crumble meat, over medium heat, until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
Stir 3 cans great northern beans into browned sausage. Place 1 can great northern beans in work bowl of food processor and process until mashed and nearly smooth (or place beans in a small bowl and mash with a fork.) Stir mashed beans into browned sausage. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and corn chips. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Ladle into bowls. Garnish, if desired, with shredded cheese and corn chips.
