Zippy Sweet Corn Relish

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. frozen sweet corn kernels, thawed and well drained
• 1 1/2 cups diced red bell pepper
• 1 cup jalapeno red pepper jelly
• 1/2 cup sliced green onion(s)
• 2 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until jelly is melted and corn is heated through.
2. To serve, spoon relish over each serving of Farmland Ham.

Serves About 5 cups
