Zucchini-Bacon Crisps

Ingredients
- 18 slices French bread
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 2/3 cup light or regular sour cream
- 1 zucchini squash shredded (about 2 cups)
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon until browned and crisp. Drain, cool and crumble. Combine bacon, zucchini, sour cream, onion and hot sauce.
- Lightly toast French bread slices on each side. Divide zucchini-bacon mixture onto bread slices. Top with Swiss cheese slices. Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes.
