Due to its unique, sweet flavor, this bacon should be cooked slowly and watched closely. Cook bacon until browned, but not crisp as it may burn. Our preferred cooking method is baking.
MICROWAVE: To warm bacon, place slices between paper towels and microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 4-6 seconds per slice. If heating one half of the package or more, reduce microwave time to 2 to 3 seconds per slice. Do not microwave bacon in package.
STOVETOP: Place bacon slices in single layer in medium skillet. Heat over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes to desired crispness.
NOTE: Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave oven.
