Bacon Cheese Ball
Add some spook and sizzle to your Halloween party.

5 cups of shredded extra-sharp white Cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
2 4 oz logs of goat cheese
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 braided pretzel twist
8 slices of Farmland® Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon
Assortment of crackers and veggies (raw)
1.Cook Farmland Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon according to package. Drain and cool. Crumble.
2. In a large bowl, mix Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, goat cheese, bacon and pepper until smooth.
3. Shape mixture into a ball to look like a pumpkin. Smooth surface with metal spatula or table knife. Make vertical grooves in ball using fingertips, if desired.
4. Press pretzel into top of cheese ball for stem.
5. Serve to your delicious Halloween treat with crackers and veggies.
