Bacon Fried Mozzarella Sticks
Pair these protein packed Bacon Mozzarello sticks and relaxing after a fun day at the park for some sun and sizzle.
1 lb. of Farmland® Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon
6 Mozzarella cheese sticks
Oil for frying
Ranch dressing for dipping
1. Freeze Mozzarella cheese sticks for 3 - 4 hours.
2. Lay out a slice of bacon and a frozen cheese stick onto the middle of the bacon strip. Fold ends into the middle of the cheese stick. Wrap with an additional slice of bacon. Use a toothpick to secure the bacon for frying.
3. Heat oil to 350 degrees and carefully place bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks into oil. Fry until crispy and golden. Remove from oil and place onto paper towel to let cool.
4. Dip and enjoy.
