Fresh veggies and Farmland Ham put a new spin on the classic kabob.

1 (16-oz.) package of Farmland® Thick Sliced Ham Steaks, cut into cubes
6 Cherry Tomatoes
10 large Mushrooms, stems removed
1/4 cup of Low-fat, Creamy Italian Dressing
1 medium Yellow Onion, sliced in wedges
1 medium Green Pepper, sliced in wedges
2 ears of Corn, cut into 1 inch rounds
1. Place ham on skewers alternately with tomatoes, mushroom caps, corn rounds, green peppers and onion wedges. Lightly brush with dressing.
2. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Garnish each kabob with cherry tomato before serving.
