1/2 cup of Low-fat Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Dried Parsley
2 cups of Farmland® Diced Ham
1 cup of chopped Broccoli, lightly steamed
1 (9-inch) Deep Dish Unbaked Pastry Crust
2 tablespoons of Flour
2 cups of Swiss Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of Milk
1/3 cup of chopped Onion
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Whisk mayonnaise and flour together in medium bowl. Add milk and eggs; whisk together until mixture is smooth. Add ham, broccoli, onion and cheese.
2. Pour mixture into pastry crust. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
