Layered Cobb Salad with Avocado Dressing
With a delicious avocado dressing and Farmland bacon and ham, this salad has layer after layer of flavor.

1 (16-oz.) package of Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon, Extra Thick Butcher's Style; cooked and crumbled to bite size pieces
8 cups of Lettuce
1 cup of thinly sliced Red Onion
3 Hard-Cooked Eggs, peeled and sliced
1 package of Farmland® Cubed Ham
1 cup (4 oz.) of shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 sliced Tomatoes
1 cup (4 oz.) of Crumbled Blue Cheese
3 large ripe Avocado peeled, pits removed
1 tablespoon of chopped Cilantro
2 tablespoons of Lime Juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of Garlic Salt
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of White Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Hot Pepper Sauce
1. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces. Cook in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
2. In large (5-qt.) glass bowl, layer 4 cups lettuce, red onion, eggs, ham, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, blue cheese, remaining 4 cups lettuce and bacon.
3. In small bowl, mash avocados with fork, stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon over salad. Serve immediately.
