4 Cups of Romaine Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
4 oz. of Farmland® Olive Loaf, cut into 1-inch strips
4 oz. of Farmland® Salami Cold Cuts, cut into 1-inch strips
3 oz. of Farmland® Genoa Salami cut into 1-inch strips
2 Roasted Red Bell Peppers, cut into strips
1/2 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
12 medium Ripe Olives
12 Pimiento Stuffed Green Salad Olives
2 oz. of Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 Bottle of Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
1 Package of Garlic-Flavored Croutons
1. Combine lettuce, lunchmeats and vegetables in large salad bowl.
2. Sprinkle top with blue cheese and desired amount of vinaigrette; toss gently.
3. Garnish with croutons just before serving.
