Sausage Gravy & Biscuits
Farmland sausage makes this rich gravy recipe one-of-a-kind.
1 package of Farmland® Original Pork Sausage Roll
3 tablespoon of Flour
1 12 oz. can of Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup of 2% Milk
Salt and Pepper, to taste
6 Buttermilk Biscuits, warm
1. In medium skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Break into small pieces with spatula while cooking.
2. Reduce heat to medium, stir in flour. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
3. Slowly whisk in evaporated milk and 2% milk. Continue cooking and stirring until desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
