Smoked Pigs in Blankets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Our smoky take on a tailgate favorite dipped in a homemade honey mustard sauce.
Prep Time: 40 mins.
2 cans (8 oz. each) of Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 package of Farmland® Hickory Smoked Beef Sausage, cut into 2-in. rings
1 cup of Mayonnaise
1/3 cup of Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons of Honey
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll both cans of dough and separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
2. Starting from shortest side of triangle, roll each sausage up to other side of triangle. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning baking sheet midway through cooking time to ensure evenness throughout.
4. Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce: Stir together all ingredients in bowl until combined well.
