2 medium Sweet Onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 16 oz. package of Farmland® Hickory-Smoked Jumbo Hot Dogs
8 Hot Dog Buns
2 cups of Smoked Pulled Pork or Beef Brisket with Barbecue Sauce (approx. 1 lb.), warmed
Dill Pickles, sliced
1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Sauté onions in butter over medium heat until tender and browned, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, cook franks on grill until steaming hot, turning occasionally.
3. Place hot dogs in buns. Top with warmed barbecued pork, onions and pickles.
